Bolanle Anjorin is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN). She is also an Oracle 9i Certified Professional and a graduate of the Senior Management Programme, Lagos Business School.

Bolanle is a creative professional with extensive insurance brokering experience of about 16 years, an expert in Energy, Power and General Insurance. She started her career at Scib Nigeria & Company Limited in 2005 where she managed clients in Oil and Gas, Telecommunications and Hospitality sectors.

She joined YOA Insurance Brokers Limited in 2017 as the Senior Manager, Client Services. She became the Team Lead, Specialty Team in 2018 where she provides advisory and risk solutions to clients in the Oil and Gas, Power, Aviation and other Special Risks.

Oladipupo Oyekan is a graduate of Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, Akoka (BSc. Actuarial Science). He is also a Chartered Insurer, an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) from the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. ’Ladi is also a member of Regenesys Business School, SA, AMPD award.

‘Ladi Oyekan is a seasoned insurance underwriter. In June 2003, he joined Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc. (STI), Fire and Accident Department. After one year, he moved to the Risk Management and Surveying Department based on the analytical character demonstrated while with STI.

The year 2005 was a change in his career as he joined Unic Insurance Plc. He spent over (8) eight years working in various departments and capacities. He became the Head of Life and Health Operations in Unic Insurance Plc. and doubled as Reinsurance/Actuarial Services personnel.

In 2013 he joined Hygeia HMO as the Head of Underwriting. He was able to spice his department with the basic insurance underwriting process, out of which his consistency fetched him a commendation letter.

In 2015, ‘Ladi Joined YOA as Senior Manager, heading the Clients Services Department before moving to the Technical unit for his analytical competencies and wealth of experience concerning analytical underwriting. Since then, he has played various roles in the company, and he still ensures that he gives his best in achieving the strategic goals.

Odunayo holds Bachelors and Master of Science degrees in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos and Georgia State University respectively. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.

His professional career started with banking before he switched to insurance in 2004 when he joined Guaranty Trust Assurance Limited where he helped build the structure for retail insurance. He moved to Wapic Insurance plc in July 2013 to head the Life Underwriting portfolio. He went on to have a short spell with leading health management organisation, Hygeia HMO Limited, as Head of Underwriting.

Upon his return to the insurance industry, and before joining YOA Insurance Brokers Limited, he was at various times, Head of Business Development at Trustforte Insurance Brokers Limited and Dinta Risk & Insurance Brokers Limited. He currently drives the business development activities at YOA Insurance Brokers with oversight function over all the business teams and branches.

His experience includes serving as Lead Consultant for a Bank on the actualization of its inorganic growth strategy (a financial advisory role). He also developed a retail expansion strategy as well as processes and procedures for the operations of an insurance company.

Bankole graduated with a Bachelor degree in Agriculture (Summa Cum Laude) from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with specialisation in Agric-economics. He also holds a MBA (Human Resources) from the Lagos State University.

He started his career with foremost insurance company, Leadway Assurance in 1997 as a Graduate Trainee. He moved on in 2005 for a brief stint as Manager, Strategic Human Capital with leading pharmaceutical company, Nigeria-German Chemicals Plc (formerly Nigeria Hoechst Plc). He returned to the insurance industry in 2006 when he assumed duties as Head, Human Capital Management at Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc.

In 2009, he joined Oceanic Insurance Company (Now Old Mutual Nigeria) as Senior Manager, Human Resources and Administration for the insurance group. There, he had responsibility for strategic human resource matters in the general, life and health subsidiaries. He left in 2011.

Peter has a Higher National Diploma in accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State and possesses more than 15 years’ experience. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM).

He was the Head, Finance & Accounts of Presidential Insurance Ltd. Thereafter, he proceeded to Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc as head, Financial Reporting before joining FUG Pensions (A Pension Fund Administrator) as the Financial Controller.

He later joined YOA Insurance Brokers Ltd as Head, Finance & Accounts.

Tunde has a national diploma in insurance and a degree in marketing from Lagos State Polytechnic and Lagos State University respectively. He is also an associate member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.

Tunde started his insurance career with Alliance and General Insurance Company Ltd in 1993. He joined African Reinsurance Corporation in July 1994 and left in August 2003 to join Consolidated Risk Insurers as Head of Reinsurance and Claims. In June 2006, he joined YOA Insurance Brokers as Head of Technical. Tunde has attended various insurance and management courses both locally and internationally.

Enitan Solarin is a 1991 of law graduate of the Birmingham City University, United Kingdom. Her professional career, post-graduation, kicked off with Rims Merchant Bank, Lagos, Nigeria in 1992. Having developed earlier interest in insurance, and in order to gain the required skills and competences needed to excel in that space, she returned to the UK in 1995 to work with Jardine Insurance Brokers Limited. She served in the Claims Department. Thus, began her professional journey into the insurance world.

Armed with the exposure that JLT afforded, she returned to Nigeria in 1996 and joined Newline Insurance Company Limited as Head of Claims. In a career that spanned about a decade, before leaving Newline, she held various positions of responsibility including Company Secretary, Head of Administration and Head of Human Resources. She left the company as a Deputy General Manager.

In 2005 she was appointed pioneer Executive Director at YOA Insurance Brokers Limited. Her directorate at various times covered Technical, Claims, Human Resources and Administration. Her last responsibility was as Executive Director, Finance and Administration.

With the various portfolios she handled during her career, it was clear that she had prepared for higher responsibility. Thus, when the position of Managing Director became vacant, there was no one better prepared to step into those shoes. Accordingly, in October of 2016 she was appointed Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of YOA Insurance Brokers Limited; the second person to hold that position since the company began operations. The regulators had no problems confirming her appointment immediately.

Enitan is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and Nigeria. She is also a member of the Nigeria Council of Registered Insurance Brokers and the Risk and Insurance Managers Society of Nigeria.

She has attended various executive management trainings, seminars and conferences locally and internationally. Amongst these are the prestigious London Business School, IE Business School, London School of Economics, Pan Atlantic University, and Regenesys Business School among others.
